In a large pot cook until soft...

Butter
Onion
Carrot
Garlic
Peas
Zucchini
Butternut squash
Basil
Spinach

Add water
Bone broth
Heavy cream
Oregano or Italian Seasoning
Salt & pepper
Blend until smooth

Top off with Parmesan cheese
