LOW CARB / SUGAR FREE
I love candy, sugar, baking, chocolate, cheesecake, alllll of it! So attempting to eat sugar free, low carb, keto was a challenge. Here are some of my tricks for your sweet tooth!.
MUG CAKE
1 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
Dash of sea Salt
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp Coco powder
1/4 cup Almond flour
1 tsp Powdered Swerve
Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Stir until smooth
Microwave 2 minutes
Top off with Whipped Cream
STRAWBERRIES & CREAM CAKE
Use a medium sized bowl or dish. Mine is 6” square.
Crust!
1/2 cup Coconut flour
Couple drops of liquid sweetener
1 tbsp melted Butter
Mix with a fork
Press into dish with wet fingers
Place in Freezer
Make the Filling!
1/2 cup Cream cheese
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup Swerve
4 Strawberries sliced
Whip until fluffy
Get your dish from the freezer and pour the filling in. Add sprinkles or a candle! Eat immediately or keep in the fridge for later.

KETO SWEETS
Sugar free peanut butter
sugar free chocolate chips
Low Carb Granola
2 cups oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
2 tbsp honey
12 dates
1/4 sugar free chocolate chips
2 tbsp water
Mix
12 cherries diced
Mixed by hand (so they don’t dye everything red)
Spread onto baking sheet and press down
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
Mix & break up - bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown

Full fat plain yogurt
Stevia sweetener

Homemade Granola
KETO SWEET TOOTH
Full fat plain yogurt
Drop of vanilla liquid stevia
Blueberries
Sugar free chocolate chips
Macadamia nuts
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
2 cups sugar-free peanut butter
1 cup cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp liquid stevia
4 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp flax seed meal
350 degrees for 8 minutes
KETO FROSTING
Keto Frosting
16oz cream cheese
8oz mascarpone
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp salt
2 tsp liquid stevia
2 cups swerve or more for desired sweetness
CHOCOLATE TREAT
Melt sugar free dark chocolate chips with some butter and a little heavy whipping cream.
Pour onto non stick.
Sprinkle sea salt, nuts, fruit.
Place in the freezer to harden.
